NetData Consulting Services, Inc Promotes Jeff King to Director of Operations

Destin, FL July 26, 2017 – NetData Consulting Services, Inc, the Emerald Coast’s leader in network and cloud technologies is proud to announce that Jeff King was promoted to Director of Operations this week and will take on the new duties of overseeing customer satisfaction and retention, day to day business operations, and act as technical support supervisor starting on August 1, 2017.
Jeff has worked within the company for the last six years, starti
ng out as a field engineer providing onsite service, and moved quickly through the ranks, last serving as Senior IT/Network Consultant.
While his role as an onsite support consultant is evolving, Jeff will still interact directly with NetData’s clients to make sure their needs are met.
“With 18 years in Customer Service and 21 years of IT experience, my goal is to make sure that NetData continues to grow and maintain the synergy of the two in the services we provide. I will serve as first and last point of contact for our cherished clients with overall satisfaction and confidence as my top priority,“ King said.
With this promotion, Jonathan Howell III will assume Jeff’s previous position as Senior IT/Network Consultant with an emphasis on sales and business efficiency.
